RIEKER INDUCTION HARDENING

Who we are and what we do

We are one of the largest and most successful induction hardening shops in Germany and Europe and have been in business for over 40 years. The company was founded by Rudolf Rieker in 1978 in Heilbronn, Germany. Thanks to our large range of machines and tools, we can handle almost any kind of induction heat treatment.

THE RIEKER QUALITY COMMITMENT

The foundation of good manufacturing

We are continually improving and optimising our heat treatment processes so that we can manufacture customer components to ever higher standards of quality based on measurable criteria. To ensure your components meet our exacting quality standards, we work to precise hardness parameters, use advanced process control systems, and track and record all hardness results.

Our teams are highly qualified and use Rockwell hardness testers to spot-check the surface hardness of heat-treated parts.
